The board is established with the association of five highly experienced promoters from different business verticals; Mr. Rajendra Shah, Mr. Nipun Vasant, Mr. Nirav Thaker, Mr. Veerang Karia, and Mr. Chintan Shah.

Mr. Rajendra Shah comes with an overall experience of 30+ years in the textile industry. He is a born leader with excellent aspects of unique vision, planning, execution, administration capabilities, and extensive expertise on the process and operations, required for running a company in a professional manner.

MR. CHINTAN RAJENDRA SHAH

He is a dynamic entrepreneur from the textile industry and a civil engineer by profession. A driving force behind setting up a 1.50 lakh sq ft manufacturing facility for Suraj industries who has successfully demonstrated his leadership skills. Furthermore, his passion for learning and acquiring more knowledge motivated him to complete an MBA from the renowned institute of NMIMS. With 9+ years of experience in the business and a valuable commercial background, Mr. Shah is definitely one of the finest young entrepreneurs in the real sector.

MR. NIPUN KISHOR VASANT

With more than 20 years of experience in the rubber manufacturing industry while contributing to the family’s legacy, Mr. Nipun has exhibited qualities of great leadership and reliability. In addition to this, he then set forth into the construction business and garnered an extensive experience of 16+ years. His prime focus of expertise has always been Finance Management & Product Development.



MR. NIRAV AJAY THAKER

Mr. Nirav Thaker displays an aggregated experience of more than 19 years in the diverse divisions of telecom, infrastructure, hospitality, with 12 years alone from the real estate industry. He has successfully played a prominent role in developing 6 massive projects across Mumbai. His past designations also include the position of head of western zone in the Reliance Revenue Assurance.



MR. VEERANG KIRAN KARIA

Mr Veerang comes with a phenomenal experience of 10+years in the real estate industry. With his primary skill set being liasoning, he has held key roles in developing more than 10 projects across Mumbai. He is one of the early entrants in the real estate business and has acquired a great amount of knowledge regarding the same.
